Facilities at the camp include a tennis court, children’s play area, kitchens, laundries, showers, toilets (including a wheelchair accessible toilet) and baby baths. Shower, kitchen and laundry facilities are metered. Dump stations are provided and there is a boat washing and fish cleaning area. WiFi is also available – enquire at the office. Safe boat park area and also caravan storage available.
There are numerous cafes in the vicinity, one of note at nearby Waipu Golf Course which has absolutely stunning elevated sea views.
Our Reserve is a beautiful setting for out-door wedding ceremonies and receptions, and our managers will be pleased to discuss this with you. Cowley’s Hire can look after your marquee/party hire requirements and there are several catering companies available in Whangerei, including Blair’s Spit Roast.
In the office we have a Jason's Visitor Point stand with information on places to go and things to see.
